Introduction
The “Ru-INFO 2025” National Information Technology and Educational Exhibition is a highly anticipated event, organized for the fourth time to coincide with the 25th anniversary of Ruwanpura National College of Education. This event is hosted by a group of dedicated educators who are committed to enhancing the Information Technology knowledge of today’s youth and children. The exhibition aims to provide a platform for showcasing the latest innovations, technological concepts, and advancements in Information Technology, making it a significant occasion for both educators and students.Scheduled to be held from February 18th to 20th, 2025, this prestigious exhibition will span three days, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day, at the Ruwanpura National College of Education. Attendees can look forward to a diverse array of exhibits that will captivate and educate, offering valuable insights into the ever-evolving world of Information Technology. The event will feature primary, secondary, and tertiary education stalls, as well as commercial exhibits, solidifying its status as one of the most outstanding Information Technology and educational exhibitions in the country.
A standout feature of the Ru-INFO 2025 exhibition is the series of information technology competitions designed to enhance the ICT knowledge of school students in the Rathnapura district. These competitions are intended to inspire creativity and innovation among students, with categories such as Innovation, which focuses on new inventions created using ICT technology, and IoT (Line Following), which challenges students to create devices using Arduino technology to navigate a given path. The competitions will be held in three categories: Grade 6-8, Grade 9-11, and Grade 12-13, with the Innovation competition taking place on February 10th at 8:30 AM and the IoT (Line Following) competition on February 11th at 8:30 AM.

The competitions to be held for school students related to the Ru-INFO 2025 Educational Exhibition.
Ruwanpura National College of Education, one of the main National Institutions of Education for Information and Communication Technology in Sri Lanka, has organized the fourth national Information Technology Education Exhibition “Ru-INFO 2025” on February 18th , 19th and 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Ruwanpura National College of Education.
Related to the exhibition, we have organized a series of information technology competitions to enhance the ICT knowledge of school students in the Ratnapura district. Under this,
• Innovation
– New inventions in any field created using ICT technology
• IOT (Line Following)
– Making a device created using Arduino technology move correctly on a given path.
The competitions will be held in the following categories:
• Grades 6 – 8,
• Grades 9 – 11,
• Grades 12 – 13.
The rules and regulations related to the competitions are mentioned in Annex 1 and 2

Invention competition on February 10th at 8.30 a.m.
IOT (Line following) competition on February 11th at 8.30 a.m.
